What a great time to share your story with some one!

En101 is HOT!

The business world of today is changing at an astonishing rate. In a historical flash, we have seen companies out-sourced,   re-engineered, flattened and re-deployed. We've witnessed the push for total quality, empowerment or one of the fast bucks cure-alls that seem to spring up annually.
 
The result of these collective efforts is that hundreds of thousands of jobs have been eliminated, layers of management have been removed, and people at all organizational levels have been called upon to take new initiatives and additional responsibilities. It now seems as if larger historical, technological and economic forces are at work, and the very idea of the "job" is on its way to the organizational dustbin.

The global economy is now a reality. What was once the friendly development of technology has become an explosion of new changes impossible to keep pace with. In short, the game of business we grew up with is gone and a new game has taken its place. Internetwork Marketing is one such new game.  And...

What I looked at more than anything when I did my due diligence on EN101 was the character and TENACITY of Richard McCullough.  I saw a fierce determination in Richard to make this company succeed. I see it still today. And this alone (determination and tenacity, or persistence) is the true secret to success.

Saturday June 7, 2008 Dr. Dulik and I met with a group of Directors and Executive Directors and enjoyed four hours swapping ideas and suggestions. This was a very productive period.
 
Sunday, June 8, 2008 Dr. Dulik and I attended an EN101 meeting at the Famous KLASS Restaurant in Cicero.



This being Dr. Dulik and my second trip to Chicago we were greatly impressed with the professionalism and growth of the Chicago Team.

We had a great time at the meeting and made many new friends and enjoyed visiting with old friends. You can see from the photographs a great time was had by all.


 
I wish to extend our thanks to all that attended the function and would like to congratulate the Polish Soccer Team and the VERY SUCCESSFUL SEASON they had This Year.
 
I know several EN101 members had to choose Soccer over EN101____AND___ I know where they come from.  "TRUE FANS" follow their Team. I would do the same If my team the "OKLAHOMA SOONERS" were playing in a championship game---I would be at the game!!!!!!.



I wish to extend our thanks to all that attended the function.

I wish to especially thank  Draha Bohacova, Donald Lorence, Maria Miskowiec, Ewa Malicka, Lech Murawski,Lena Stobienia and everyone else that participated in the preparation and presentation of the meeting.
 


My sincere thanks to Dorota Koper, "another new Director" for taking time to translate for me during the two meetings.

During these 3 years, I have seen many companies rise and fall (quickly). I wondered:  How many times can a person handle this happening? How many times will they have to switch companies? How can they survive like this?

Some answers to questions about the AmeriPak PLUS:

1.  Why does the person only get English and not the other languages?
        
We are promoting English only with this package because it is specifically setup for a person to study for the U.S. Citizenship course and this only requires English.  If a person still wants all the languages, they can purchase the ProPak which comes with all the components in the AmeriPak PLUS and all the languages.
  
2. As a marketer, I only get 4 points if a person enrolls in the AmeriPak PLUS.  I get 10 points if they enroll with the ProPak.  Why would I want to promote the AmeriPak PLUS?
         There are 2 ways to look at this.  It’s like this:  If it rains today Jane might say “we really needed this rain, it made the flowers look so pretty” while Bob might say “I hate the rain, there is mud everywhere”.
I say you should promote the AmeriPak PLUS like this: “Hey team, enroll everyone you can in the AmeriPak PLUS because you will earn a hundred bucks every time!”
Remember, it’s not about YOU, it’s about your TEAMS.  In En101, if your teams are successful, you are successful automatically!

3. Why did you decide to pay $100 as the personal bonus and make the points less?
En101 was setup from the beginning for the masses.  It’s for the leaders who strive for the big earnings, but it’s also for the single mother who is struggling to pay her electric bill or car payment every month. 
If you need an extra $100 to make ends meet this month, enroll a person in the AmeriPak PLUS.  If you need $200 or $300 extra, enroll 2 or 3 people in the AmeriPak PLUS in that month.

4. Who is my target market for the AmeriPak PLUS?
To start with, I would say the 30 million people living in the US who speak NO English or barely speak English.
5. If I don’t have any contacts in America, how will this package help me?
First, contact all of your teammates.  See who they know who lives in the U.S.  Remember, as with all En101 packages, you earn points from them too!
If you don't have a market inside the U.S., just wait for a short while (within 30 days), we have a surprise for those who do not have a market inside the U.S.
